Payment:

Payments are securely processed via Stipe or PayPal (where you can pay using your PayPal account or if you do not have an account, you can pay via card.) We do not keep any card information.

 

Returns:

Personalised products which are made to order to your own specifications are non-returnable unless faulty (please see details below) or damaged. No refunds will be made on sale products.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you must contact us prior to a return (within 14 days of receiving your order) and return within the next 14 days (up to 28 days from date of receipt of the goods.) We will not accept returns outside of this period.

Return postage is at the buyers expense and a refund will only be actioned once the product is received back to us in a resalable condition with all included packaging (e.g. net or cotton bags items are packaged in too.) We advise obtaining proof of postage as we will only action a refund once the item is received back with us. We retain the right to only offer a partial refund if the item arrives back with us damaged or missing pieces.

  

Returns / Faulty Items:  

If you find a fault with your item upon delivery (or within 14 days of delivery) please contact us as soon as possible. Please obtain all product and postal packaging as we may ask for photographs. If a fault is found at the time of delivery or within a 14 day period (which was not caused by mis-use or is deemed general wear and tear), we will cover the cost of return postage and offer a replacement or refund upon the delivery of the item back in our care. If the item is returned damaged or incomplete which was not communicated previously, we reserve the right to reject or offer a partial refund.

You may need to provide photographs of the fault so please ensure you obtain all parts (including anything deemed faulty) of the product and do not discard it. We will require the item to be returned to us for repair (we will cover the postage for this) or replacement. We are unable to repair or replace without the original item being returned to us.

Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis and we obtain the right to refuse a refund of an item delivered more than 14 days ago or if we do not deem the item to be faulty.

 

Delivery

All delivery services are estimated and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or items not arriving for a specific dates or gifting event. Please ensure you order with good time to account for any delays beyond our control.

 

Refunds

We process refunds back to the payment card used to place your order. Due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. Since exchange rates fluctuate, you may find that the original currency is worth less or more than it was on the date of the original purchase.

 

Conditions of sale:

All products purchased through our site, unless otherwise discussed, are for end users only and are not to be resold in any other retail outlets - online or in stores. All goods supplied under these conditions shall not be advertised for resale. We reserve the right to reject/cancel orders (as appropriate) in the event that we reasonably determine that goods are being ordered for resale.

 

VAT

All taxes are included in the sale price. The price you pay for our products is always the same regardless or whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale. The price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include UK VAT, which will be shown on your VAT receipts issued.

If you are not a UK resident, both product and delivery will normally be zero-rated with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.

From 1st July 2021, VAT will be applied on all goods sent from the UK to countries within the EU regardless of their value. VAT is not included in the sale price for international customers.

VAT is charged at the rate set in the buyer's delivery location. Any parcels under €150 (£135) will require the buyer to pay VAT, Formal clearance and a Customs clearance fee. Parcels over this amount will incur the above plus duties.

 

Media, Press and Photo Shoots:

We are able to offer our products on loan as photography props and for interior photo shoots. We are happy to supply products for kids styling and interior shots. For more information please contact us at bethany@thewoodcove.com
