Our prints are printed onto a museum grade, cotton rag paper which has a beautiful watercolour texture feel. We print with archival inks which will not fade and create beautiful colour representations as close to the screen resolution colours you see on the product page.
When purchasing a downloadable printable from us, we highly recommended having the file printed either by a professional printing company or using a high-grade professional printer to receive the same colour representations as shown upon download.
Although our prints can be printed using a standard desktop printer, we would advise using the highest quality papers available to you (cotton rag, gloss, matte or silk) as these will give you the best result. Please do not use printer paper (e.g. papers used for standard printing / documents etc..) as these are not thick enough in weight to produce a quality print.
You will need to be sure that your printer has been calibrated to your screen if you plan on printing at home, as it often takes a little tweaking to produce the same colour as shown on the file.

FAQ
What type of file will I receive?
You will receive an A-sized PDF file which can be printed between A6 and A3 in size. If you're feeling bold, our prints should also look great printed in A2 when printed by a printing company.
How do I access the file?
After checkout, you will see a 'download now' link where you can instantly access the file. You will also be emailed a link if you ever need to re-download. Please make sure you keep a note of this email, as we are unable to resend download links.
If you have chosen a personalised printable, we will aim to send the file to you within 2 working days as we create each design to order to your own specifications.
I haven't received my download?
Please email us at bethany@thispaperbook.com with your order number from the email address used to purchase.
Once I've printed the file, can I sell them?
No, printable files are for personal use only and are not to be used commercially or to be resold.
Do you offer refunds?
No, once you have completed your purchase and the download is available to you we will not offer a refund. We unfortunately cannot offer a refund if you are unhappy with the print quality on your own printable as each printer produces different results and uses different quality inks.
