Christmas Delivery:

This year, more than ever we urge you to order as early as possible. Royal Mail have multiple strike dates planned which will affect the post service during December.

All dates below are the dates we would recommend ordering by to give the best possible chance of your order reaching you for Christmas - please note however, that we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery as postal delays are out of our control.

Most of our products are made to order and turnaround times can be longer at busier times of the year so please bare this in mind.


Made to order items:

Our custom, painted to order items can have up to a 3 week lead time before dispatch so we recommend ordering by the following dates for items which are made to order (anything you choose paint colours for or personalise with a name - rainbows, blocks, flags etc...):

UK: Sunday 4th December

Rest of the World: Sunday 27th November

We advise our international customers to opt for courier delivery if the order is time sensitive, to give the best chance of delivery in time for the big day. 


Stock items:

For our products with shorter lead times and items we hold in stock we recommend to order by the following dates:

Rest of the World: Sunday 4th December

UK Standard: Monday 12th December (via standard mail)

UK Express: Thursday 15th December (24hr Tracked option)


Delivery dates are subject to change depending on our order numbers, so please place your orders are soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates and our dates above are just a recommendation. We have the option of a courier service for international orders which we would recommend choosing to speed up delivery or a 24hr Tracked option for UK orders.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for postal delays, Christmas is the busiest time of year for delivery services and it may take a little longer for your parcel to arrive. By keeping to the order dates above we hope this gives the best chance of parcels arriving in good time, giving extra time for any delays or customs clearances.

We do not offer refunds for late deliveries. Please contact us if you'd like to upgrade delivery to a courier service.
