Mystery Boxes

Everyone loves a surprise!

Choose from our 'baby' box (aimed at 0-18 months) or our 'toddler' box (aimed at 2 years+) and receive a mystery box filled with items from our store to unpack. 

Our baby box contains five items which have a retail value of over £75!

Our toddler box contains six items which have a retail value of over £85!

You can choose to add a name into the personalisation box too, and you'll receive an extra bonus item (one per box). 

You can customise further by picking preference from our drop down menu and we'll do our best to match for you. Note that this is based on specific items in the box only and does not apply to all items. A match is not guaranteed but we will try our best as some items will be chosen at random.

Good to know:

Each box size is based around the same group of items. If you purchase two 'baby' boxes for example, you will receive the same items or a variation of the same items (e.g. colour or design). If boxes are purchased together we will try our best to pick a different combination of either colour or design for items which allow this however some items will be duplicated. The same applies for our 'toddler' box whereby some items will be the same.

Box value is based on the retail value of the items, not on the current or previous offer pricing. Some items may be a variant of a current piece of which we've calculated the appropriate value.

Returns

Boxes can be returned if you have not requested personalisation, however you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return within 14 days from this date. Items must be in their original packaging and unopened. As our mystery boxes are defined as a single purchase, all items must be returned together to be valid for a refund. Single items from the boxes cannot be returned separately. Return postage is funded by the customer.

If you have entered a personalisation, boxes will be non-returnable.

Lead times

Please allow 5-7 working days for us to ship your box. As some items within the boxes may need to be made to order.
